Together with ECE of Hamburg, B&L Group developed this shopping centre in southern Hamburg. Combined with the Harburg Carrée and Cinemaxx Harburg B&L projects, the Phoenix urban quarter was converted from an industrial location to an attractive location providing retail outlets and services.
