For Budapest, as a European metropolis, international tourism is becoming increasingly important. The Keleti East Railway Station in the Danube metropolis of Budapest serves as the hub for local and long-distance transport in the Hungarian capital and is the perfect starting point for exploring this attractive city on the Danube. Situated directly on the station’s forecourt with access to the new metro hub, the B&L Group constructed a distinctive property that today includes a hotel, an apartment building, and a public underground car park with 230 spaces. The three-star-plus conference hotel, built for IntercityHotel GmbH, features 312 guest rooms and opened in spring 2022. The modern car park has also been open to the public since 2022. The apartment building, comprising 45 units for the Munich-based serviced apartment provider Limehome and located on Mosonyi utca, the street at the rear of the square, was completed in late 2023.
