With this new mandate, the expansion of the third-party business of the B&L Group will be further promoted. B&L Property Management GmbH has grown continuously in recent years and currently has over 50 employees at three locations (Hamburg, Munich and Stuttgart). The company, which specialises in the management of high-quality commercial property, provides comprehensive services in the areas of commercial and technical property management, letting, centre and neighbourhood management, project and asset management, both for the B&L Group's own project developments and for external third parties.
