The building has tenants like Rewe, Aldi, Rossmann, Peter Pane, Asia Hung, Espresso House, Beauty Sun, Reformhaus Engelhardt, True Fitness and a Intercity Hotel with 221 rooms and more than 90 percent has been let already and is expected to go in operation January 2020.
