On 24 February 2025, the fifth online panel in the "Asset and Property Management in Focus" series took place – addressing a highly relevant topic: skilled labour shortages and their impact. Overworked employees, declining customer satisfaction, and a lack of capacity for digital transformation are just some of the challenges facing the industry.
