Full letting in ES shopping centre

B&L Property Management has achieved full occupancy of the ES shopping centre in Esslingen.

ALDI SÜD will open a modern supermarket with a take-away concept on approx. 1,860 square metres in mid-2025. Woolworth is expanding its space to approx. 1,280 square metres, the O2 shop is moving to the new space on Berliner Straße, while Blume 2000 will double its premises at the entrance to the station forecourt from May 2025. The ES is Esslingen's largest shopping centre and a central meeting point with 23 specialist retailers, a medical centre, a wide range of restaurants and 300 parking spaces. Thanks to long-term rental agreements and a balanced tenant mix, ES is strengthening its position as an attractive retail location.
