PROPERTY MANAGEMENT FOR THE BESENBINDERHOF

Since the beginning of January, B&L Property Management GmbH has taken over the mandate for the "Besenbinderhof" property recently acquired by the B&L Group.

The office ensemble is located directly at Hamburg's main railway station opposite the ZOB. The transfer of risks and rewards for the first part of the building with around 25,000 sqm of lettable space already took place at the end of December. The second part of the building (approx. 37,000 sqm) will be taken over at the beginning of February. The ensemble is still let to "Generali" and "Proxalto" for the next 2 years.
