Property Management top of the league once again

For the fourth time in a row, B&L Property Management has been awarded first place in the latest Bell Management Consultants' Property Management Report competence ranking in the “Office” category in 2024 and also achieved first place in the overall ranking for the first time.

With 1,568 out of a possible 1,700 points, B&L Property has once again demonstrated its expertise and brand strength. With a dedicated team of 62 employees in Hamburg, Munich, Stuttgart, Frankfurt am Main, Düsseldorf and Berlin, B&L Property supports its clients in areas such as IT and the development of asset management structures. This success is a great motivator to continue providing excellent services.
