B&L acquires majority stake in KII

The B&L Group acquires 35% of the shares from the insolvency of the CENTRUM Group in the high-street property KII in Düsseldorf.

The multi-award-winning commercial building in a prime Düsseldorf city centre location was realised jointly by B&L and the Düsseldorf-based CENTRUM Group and will be completed in 2022. In addition to B&L's previous 50% stake in the company, the project partner now holds a 35% stake in the premium property.
