B&L GRUPPE NOW ECORE MEMBER

Property Management and Project Development have jointly joined the industry initiative "ESG Circle of Real Estate", or ECORE for short.

The common goal is to establish a robust and marketable European-wide industry standard for measuring the sustainability performance of real estate and portfolios. The ECORE scoring is intended to make real estate and portfolios comparable from a sustainability perspective by taking a holistic view.
