KII CERTIFIED WITH DGNB PLATINUM

The KII has already been awarded as the best new building in Germany, and now it has also been certified for its sustainability.

For its combination of ecology, economy, innovation and sustainability, the building received the highest possible DGNB Platinum certification. The German Sustainable Building Council awarded the project an overall rating of 93.2 percent. This is the highest rating ever achieved by the DGNB in the area of newly built commercial buildings.
