As part of the LEED certification, the building qualities were evaluated with regard to various criteria, including those from the areas of energy and atmosphere, water efficiency, materials and raw materials, and interior quality. In the pre-check of the current planning status, both buildings achieved excellent results and received the LEED Platinum, WiredScore and SmartScore pre-certificates. The entire certification process is accompanied by the Hamburg-based office agradblue.
